Intellectual Property and Usage Guidelines for Members of the Press

All information provided in any form (“Information”) is proprietary information that belongs to TAB and is protected by U.S. and International copyright law and conventions. Except as set forth herein, direct or indirect reproduction of the Information, in whole or in part, by any means, is prohibited without the express written consent of TAB.

Copyright notice

Members of the press may cite excerpts from TAB Information, provided that all portions of the text are identified as “Source: TAB,” and the following copyright notice is affixed to all graphics: “Copyright © 2020, TAB.”

All rights reserved. Unauthorized use or reproduction is forbidden.

Use of TAB images

TAB prohibits reproduction of the corporate logo and images in materials with a purpose of commercial gain, such as in marketing, public relations, or sales materials in any form for commercial use such as a web site, without express written permission by TAB. Information may not be used in any way that compromises our objectivity or our client’s privacy.
